  • Become familiar with Boyatzis' Coaching for Intentional Change coaching model: (1) Ideal self; (2) real self; (3) learning agenda; (4) practice and learning; and (5) trusting relationships.

  • Become familiar with and practice (short practice) the peer coaching in groups (PCG) methodology.

  • Two articles included for reference. No required to need to read them ahead, but it would be great if you have the opportunity to do so.
